This is our signature service. Hire Mercanti to organize and conduct your estate sale or business liquidation. Included is a 3 day sale at your location following our meticulous preparation process. Any unsold furniture and belongings will be removed following completion of the sale. This service is ideal for people who are getting ready to list a house they inherited or for a business closing its doors. Mercanti is here to help you close out this chapter so that you may move on to the next one.

Incudes everything in our signature 'Mercanti Full-Service Estate Sale' plus more. This is for jobs that are a little bit out of the ordinary including complex jobs, difficult locations and extra messy estates. Includes junk hauling before and after the public sale. Also included is our professional cleaning service to be conducted following the sale and removal of all items from the premises.

This is our most complete level of service. Mercanti can handle your property from start to finish featuring our signature full-service estate liquidation, professional clean out, staging and finally bringing your property to market in collaboration with our incredible real estate partners. 

Sometimes there isn't enough sellable items to justify holding an estate sale. Sometimes the client doesn't want a public sale held on their property.  And other times there simply isn't enough time to conduct a proper estate sale and the property needs to be emptied quickly. For these situations you may hire Mercanti to haul and remove everything from the property quickly and efficiently for a flat fee.
